There are two ways that you can check you E-mail:

1.) Login to your webmail account at webmail.yourdomain.com.

2.) If you are using a POP client such as Outlook, use the following settings:

Incoming Server Name or POP3
mail.yourdomain.com

Username
Your full email address

Password
Your password

Server Type
POP3

E-mail Address
Your complete e-mail address

SMTP or Outgoing Server
Please continue using your ISP’s SMTP server. Many ISP’s do not allow access to any third party SMTP servers. If you do not have an SMTP server you may use mail.yourdomain.com.  If you have trouble sending email, trying changing the outgoing port to 587.  You can find this in the More/Advanced settings page.

Make sure that SSL and encryption are turned off for both your incoming and outgoing server.
