How do I edit/delete a saved search for my client?

If you have an existing client and they are receiving email alerts, you can edit or remove their alerts.

  1. Login to your Wordpress back office.
  2. Under Optima Express, click on IDX Control Panel.  If it doesn’t open, check to make sure your browser is not blocking popup windows.
  3. Once you’re in, click on Leads -> Manage Leads -> Search Leads.  Search for the name you want.  Click on their name. 
  4. Under Saved Searches, click on Manage Search Profiles.  This should open up your site.  Enter their email address in the Organizer Sign in field, and click Sign in.  Click on My Searches.  You can edit or delete from here.
