We had to replace a failing hard drive on Monday, which went well and the downtime was less than 30 minutes as planned.  Whenever a new hard drive is installed we perform a thorough scan to ensure reliability.  We are going to perform this scan tonight at 9pm MST.  The server will be offline for up to 1 hour.  All web and email services will be affected during this time.

One of the RAID drives is experiencing some trouble and needs to be replaced immediately.  We are scheduled to bring the server offline today at 4pm MST for up to 30 minutes to replace the drive.  All web site and email services will be offline temporarily.

We will be upgrading Debian and Plesk on Thursday June 17th at approximately 8am EST.  For about 4 hours, you may experience intermittent downtime.

After the hardware upgrade was completed today, we started a process of moving over some of the backed up files.  This mostly relates to property images for our AboveMLS web sites.  All images should be back by the end of this weekend.
